OnePlus launches Nord 5 Series and new IoT lineup in Bangladesh

OnePlus has officially launched two new smartphones under its Nord lineup the OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE5 alongside a series of Internet of Things (IoT) products for the Bangladeshi market. The Nord 5 is the first device in the Nord series to feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile Platform, offering flagship-grade performance with an AnTuTu score of 1.59 million. The Nord CE5 runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8350-Apex chipset, also built on a 4nm process, delivering improved energy efficiency and smooth multitasking with an AnTuTu score of 1.47 million.

Speaking on the occasion, Pete Lau, founder of OnePlus, said the brand's "Never Settle" spirit continues to raise the bar across all price segments. He added that the Nord 5 Series combines flagship-grade performance and advanced OnePlus AI features to become an essential part of users' everyday lives.The Nord 5 supports Snapdragon Elite Gaming, real-time ray tracing, and native 90fps PUBG gameplay, which can be boosted to 144fps via frame interpolation. It also supports Call of Duty Mobile at 144fps. The device features a 50MP Sony LYT-700 main sensor with enhanced HDR and OnePlus's Natural Color algorithm to deliver improved night photography and realistic lighting.

The Nord 5 is equipped with a 6,800 mAh battery, providing up to two days of usage, while the Nord CE5 comes with a 7,100 mAh battery and 80W SUPERVOOC charging, reaching full capacity in just 56 minutes. Both devices include Battery Health Magic and Bypass Charging, ensuring longer battery life and improved heat management.

As part of the launch, OnePlus has also expanded its ecosystem by introducing the OnePlus Watch 3, OnePlus Buds 4, OnePlus Pad 3, Pad Lite, and Bullets Wireless Z3. The Watch 3 runs on Wear OS 5 and features a 16-day battery life in Power Saver Mode. The Buds 4 offer up to 45 hours of battery, AI-powered real-time translation, and dual-device connectivity. The Pad 3 features a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and a 13.2-inch 3.4K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It supports accessories like the OnePlus Stylo 2 and Smart Keyboard.

Pre-orders for the OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE5 will run from 9 to 15 July. Customers placing pre-orders will receive benefits including a one-year display replacement warranty and automatic entry into a raffle draw for prizes such as "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" offers and premium accessories. The devices will be officially available from 16 July across Daraz, Pickaboo, Gadget & Gear, and OnePlus brand stores, both online and offline. All IoT products launched under this campaign will carry a one-year official warranty.

Prices for the Nord 5 start at BDT 53,999 for the 12+512GB variant, available in Marble Sands and Phantom Grey. The Nord CE5 is priced at BDT 35,999 for the 8+256GB variant, offered in Marble Mist and Black Infinity. The OnePlus Pad 3 is available in Frosted Silver at BDT 73,499 for the 12+256GB model, and in Storm Blue at BDT 78,999 for the 16+512GB model. The Pad Lite is priced at BDT 29,499. The OnePlus Watch 3 comes in Emerald Titanium at BDT 33,999, while the Watch 43mm variant is priced at BDT 30,499. The Buds 4 will be available at BDT 9,999 in Storm Grey and Zen Green.
